A virtual consultation with Heather Grzych, ADLC, focused on fertility, reproductive health, preconception care, and women’s wellness. You will meet with Heather via live video and receive electronic forms before your appointment so your time together can be focused and personalized. Together, you will explore your health goals, menstrual cycle, fertility or reproductive concerns, current patterns, and the factors influencing how you feel in your body. Heather’s Ayurvedic approach can help you better understand your unique needs and identify supportive changes to nutrition, lifestyle, supplements, and daily routines. Heather works with people who are: *Preparing for conception or trying to conceive naturally *Seeking holistic support alongside fertility testing or treatment *Preparing for or recovering from egg freezing *Supporting reproductive health concerns such as PCOS, endometriosis, fibroids, or cycle irregularities *Navigating postpartum recovery and the transition into motherhood *Experiencing perimenopause and seeking support for changing cycles, energy, sleep, and overall well-being Your personalized recommendations may include nutrition guidance, daily routines, movement and breath practices, meditation or sensory therapies, and Ayurvedic herbs or supplements when appropriate. Ayurveda offers a framework for understanding patterns in the body and supporting fertility and women’s health through individualized lifestyle practices. It can complement medical care but does not replace evaluation or treatment by a physician or reproductive health specialist. After your consultation, Heather will discuss possible next steps based on your goals and needs.
