Service Description

A virtual Ayurvedic Consultation with Heather Grzych, AD. You will be sent some electronic forms to fill out prior to this appointment, and must be able to attend a video call on your computer or phone. You will leave with an understanding of your vikruti (imbalance of doshas), a closer understanding of your prakruti (your original blueprint) and an Ayurvedic treatment plan to balance your mind, body, and spirit. This treatment plan is intended to help you prevent imbalances from forming or progressing, while helping you understand how to remove the root cause and unwind imbalance patterns. Recommendations may consist of dietary changes, modified home self-care practices, body treatments, recommended herbal medicines, breathing practices, or meditation and sensory therapies. Follow-up care options vary by person and will be presented later.
