Optional Group Intention-Setting — December 1 Begin cleanse week with clarity, grounding, and community support as you set your intentions for the week ahead. Cleanse Week: December 1–7 A self-paced, at-home reset guided by your personalized plan. You’ll follow clear instructions crafted specifically for you, while benefiting from the momentum of the group. Mid-Cleanse Check-In - 30 minutes Receive support, troubleshooting, and tailored adjustments to keep you aligned and feeling your best. Post-Cleanse Follow-Up Consultation - 60 minutes Integrate your experience, understand your results, and shape a sustainable routine to maintain your new vitality.
