Service Description

A virtual Ayurvedic Consultation with Heather Grzych, MAAy, CAP. You will be sent some electronic forms to fill out prior to this appointment, and must be able to attend a video call on your computer or phone. You will leave with an understanding of your reproductive health condition from an Ayurvedic perspective, and receive natural treatment recommendations to balance your mind, body, and spirit and optimize fertility. Also accepting clients struggling with fibroids, endometriosis, PCOS, cysts, pregnancy loss, severe PMS, low AMH, menorrhagia, perimenopause, low libido, excessive libido, celibacy, low sperm count, sperm motility issues, hormonal imbalances, among other reproductive health issues. This treatment plan is intended to help you prevent imbalances from forming or progressing, while helping you understand how to remove the root cause and unwind imbalance patterns naturally if possible (and often in partnership with your physician). Recommendations may consist of dietary changes, modified home self-care practices, body treatments, recommended herbal medicines, breathing practices, or meditation and sensory therapies. Follow-up care options vary by person and will be presented later.
