Service Description

A virtual Ayurvedic Consultation with Heather Grzych, AD. You are signing up to attend a video call on your computer or phone. You will be sent some electronic forms to fill out prior to this appointment. You will leave with an Ayurvedic treatment plan, intended to help you prevent imbalances from forming or progressing, while helping you understand how to remove the root cause. Recommendations may consist of dietary changes, modified home self-care practices, body treatments, recommended herbal medicines, breathing practices, or meditation and sensory therapies. Ayurveda treatments are complementary to other forms of care you may be receiving, and can help you better understand what's happening. Follow-up care options vary by person and will be presented after the first visit.
