Service Description

Heather will assess your health and vital energy through the Ayurvedic lens, including your doshas and agni (digestive fire), pulse and tongue, and will follow-up with a 30-day Ayurvedic health plan to optimize health, which may include personalized dietary or herbal supplement suggestions, home self-care treatments, or specific yoga poses or breathing exercises. You will both be required to fill out electronic forms, including a self-evaluation, prior to this appointment. The 2 hour and 30 minute session can be attended by both individuals together OR split equally between the two partners as back-to-back individual sessions (couple can decide how to spend the block of time together).

If you need to reschedule, please contact me 24 hours in advance. I will do my best to work with you to find a time that works for both of us in the future.
